We now have four statuses for Student Assignments called "Completed - Not Passed":
> Completed Passed - Students have completed and passed all of the concepts assigned.
> Completed Not Passed - Students have completed the assignment by spending sufficient time and effort on questions, but have not achieved a Pass grade on all concepts assigned.
> Incomplete - Students have begun but have not completed the assignment.
> Not Started - Students have not yet started any concepts to satisfy the assignment.
